Through your shopping cart, you can select one of the delivery methods below:

GLS, Canpar, Puro, Fedex, Loomis :

Depending on your region, one of these carriers will be used to transport your package. We offer transportation for only 12 $ for your order under 80 $ and transportation will be free for an order over 80 $ before taxes and discounts and/or promotions. You must select this option on your shopping cart page.

Pick up from store:

If you select this choice, we will contact you so that you can come and pick up your order at the store at 420, 107e rue St-Georges. However, you must specify the location by writing to us.

Payment terms

Our online store offers you a secure and fast payment solution with Paypal or credit card. If you are not comfortable with this option, you can place your order on our site and call us at 418-221-6723 to make the payment directly with us by credit card.

 

 

Return and exchange policy

 

If a product does not give you complete satisfaction, we will refund it. Please contact us by email to stgeorges@histoiredebulles.com or by phone 418-221-6723 so that we can give you an authorization number for the return and have tracking in your file. The product must be returned at your expense within 10 days of the date of your purchase with a copy of your invoice. Shipping costs are not refundable. Personalized baskets are not returnable.

 

Damaged product

 

If you receive a damaged product we will refund or exchange the product as soon as possible. We will ask you to send us a photo showing the damage to the product(s). If we have to return a product to you, you will not have to pay for transport costs.

 

 

Nature of the product

 

The manufacturing of our soaps is handmade. Each product is handcrafted and is unique. It is possible that the color, appearance and shape may vary from time to time, but this in no way affects the quality of our products.
